I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist. I have been providing services for over 10 years to children, adults, families and couples. I have been trained in a variety of evidence-based models. I am passionate about working with families, couples, and individuals to help enhance and improve relationships. I enjoy working with all age groups including very young children with their families. I have been trained to view things from a systematic and attachment point of view. I use a client centered approach with all of my clients to best suit your needs. My practice focuses on families in conflict, people who’ve experienced trauma and general mental health symptoms.
I obtained my bachelors of Science from St. Cloud State in Community Psychology and went on to obtain a Master’s in Counseling and Psychological Services as well as two Post-Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and Play Therapy. In addition, I have completed the certificate program for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health from the University of Minnesota.
